PAD PRINTING

Pad Printing Explained:

1. Uses an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred via a silicone pad onto a product.
2. Pads come in different sizes and firmness and work on a multitude of items and surfaces.
3. No matter the surface, the pad can easily conform to the shape of the item.
Applications: Pens, keyholders, notebooks, USB drives and much more.

1

An inset plate is shaped in the form of your custom design and acts as a reservoir for a small amount of ink.

2

The silicone pad then presses down on the ink, lifts the ink from the inset plate and stamps it onto an object.
