Heat Press Explained :
1. A process whereby a machine engineered to imprint a design onto a substrate, does so with the application of heat and pressure.
2. Photographic material can be pressed.
3. Able to print on different fabrics such as cotton and satin as well as on hard materials such as ceramics, thus making it a versatile method of branding.
4. Applications: Bags, apparel, headwear and more.
1
Your design is coated with an adhesive that allows it to bind to the substrate, and is then printed backward on a sheet of transfer paper.
2
The design is placed face-down on the product.
3
A flat iron is then lowered onto the product and it melts the adhesive onto the substrate.
